Exchange Policy

All orders are checked for defects before shipment. Products sold are not returnable or refundable. Goods sold could be exchanged if you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s) such as faulty zip, holes, and obvious stains, within 7 days after purchase. The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition and accompanied by an original receipt.

To complete your exchange, we require the following information:

  • a receipt of purchase
  • reason for return
  • photo of faulty item
  • customer's name
  • order number
  • delivery address
  • contact number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/ exchange. If you are approved, our customer care team will confirm your request and will send you an authorization e-mail with further instructions to complete the exchange process.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
